Dr. Elizabeth Kleweno

Advisory Council

Dr. Elizabeth (Beth) Kleweno is a pediatric hospitalist and physician leader at St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital.  She services as the System Medical Director for St. Luke’s Children’s. She has dedicated her career to improving the quality, safety, and experience of care for children and families, while leading initiatives that standardize care, advance clinical excellence, and support physician well-being,

Beth earned her medical degree from Creighton University and completed her pediatric residency through the United States Air Force at the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium. After serving as a pediatrician in the Air Force in Alaska, she worked as a pediatric hospitalist and held leadership roles at Tufts Floating Hospital for Children in Massachusetts before joining St. Luke’s in 2013.

In addition to her clinical and leadership responsibilities, Beth serves on the Ada County Medical Society Board and is actively involved in physician leadership development, mentorship, and advocacy efforts that strengthen healthcare delivery for children across Idaho. She is passionate about collaboration and believes the best outcomes are achieved when physicians, care teams, patients, and communities work together toward a shared vision. She is honored to serve on Clemy’s Crew Advisory Council.
