Greg Paulson is the owner and CEO of Giltner Transportation, Giltner Logistics, Driver Advantage Insurance, and GAP Factoring, a family of companies based in Idaho serving the transportation industry. A CPA by training, Greg joined Giltner in 1999 and has spent his career building the organization into one of the region's most respected transportation and logistics companies.

But 1999 marked another turning point for Greg — the birth of his daughter, Taylor, who faced severe medical challenges throughout much of her childhood. Greg and his family spent countless nights by her side in hospitals, including stays at the Ronald McDonald House in Boise. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of what families go through when a child is seriously ill — the exhaustion, the fear, and the profound gratitude for organizations that show up for families in those moments.

It's that experience that drives Greg's commitment to Clemy's Crew. He knows what it means to have support during the hardest chapters of a family's life, and he's passionate about helping ensure other families facing a hospitalized child don't have to walk that road alone.
